Participants must guess what the price of Bitcoin will be on 5PM (AEDT) 17th December, and 1 lucky winner will walk away with the main prize if their prediction/guess turns out to be closer to the actual price than the predictions made by the rest of the participants.

For participants to enter the giveaway, users need to do the following:

1. On Telegram, guess the price of Bitcoin (BTC) at 5PM, Friday 17th December 2021. The person that guesses the closest value of BTC will win $15 worth of BTC.
2. Must have KYC and verified successfully.

1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “Telegram BTC Giveaway” (“Promotion”). The General Terms of the Zipmex Australia Pty Ltd (“Zipmex”) also form part of these Terms.
2. This Promotion commences on December 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM AEDT to December 17, 2021 at 17:00 PM AEDT (“Promotional Period”). All participants must submit their entries no later than 11:59 PM AEDT on December 15, 2021.
3. To enter this Promotion, Participants need to create an account, successfully complete the KYC and then guess what the closest value of Bitcoin (BTC) will be at 17:00 AEDT Friday December 17. This guess must include a 5 digital number to be secured as an eligible guess.
4. Participant with the closest guess will receive $15 AUD worth of BTC (“Giveaway Reward”).
5. All requirements mentioned above must be completed successfully within the Promotion Period in order to claim the Promotion Reward.
6. The Promotion Reward will be paid within 3 business days.
7. Zipmix’s employees, Zipmex alliance partners, contractors, and employees and for (each of them) their respective immediate families are eligible to enter this Giveaway.
8. Only one entry per person is allowed.
9. Any entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted and Zipmex does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
10. By claiming Promotion, each participant grants Zipmex the right to use their personal information for marketing and publicity purpose in connection with this Promotion.
