Two online Town Halls are scheduled for 14 September 2022

September 01, 2022

As part of our moratorium proceedings and in reference to the orders made by the Singapore courts, Zipmex is having its first ‘Town Hall’ meeting on Wednesday 14 September 2022.

There will be 2 sessions held online, 1 in English and 1 in Thai:

English: Wednesday 14 September 2022 19.00 – 20.30 (GMT+10)

Thai: Wednesday 14 September 2022 23.00 – 15 September 00.30 (GMT +10)

Members of the Zipmex executive team and our independent financial advisors and legal advisors from the various regions will be present at the Town Hall to provide an update on the current situation, to explain the moratorium process and the legal proceedings that have taken place and answer questions from creditors.

This Town Hall will be held online, where all eligible creditors will be sent an invite and instructions via email in due course.

Due to the numbers that we are expecting at the Town Hall, it is not possible to have all creditors speak or present their opinions live.

We will therefore provide a separate feedback/question collection process prior to the Town Hall where participants will be asked to submit their questions via a portal.

Please note that all creditors are encouraged to attend, but that attendance is not mandatory and a recording will be made available after the Town Halls have been held.

We thank you for your continued support and understanding and look forward to seeing you at the Town Hall.
